INTERVOKE is a full-service digital education studio specializing in custom interactive software, web application development, and 3D animations for the healthcare industry and legal attorneys. We take complex technologies and create clear educational media for patient education, MOA/MOD 3D animation videos for Legal Forensics, Pharma, Life Science, Medical Device companies, Universities, and Tech Museums.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative remote contractor that’s commission based with entry-level sales experience. This role would be to take the provided source leads and use them to reach out to potential clients via email & cold calling, schedule meetings, and transition these contacts into viable prospects across multiple technical industries. These industries include Pharma, Medical Devices, Legal Forensics, Universities, and Museums.

This business development candidate must be driven, have detail-oriented computer skills, be well-spoken, and must also have the desire to move up in the ranks into an Account Executive Role and potentially manage your own team.

COMMISSION BASED SALES

All Business Development Representatives or “BDRs” are commission based. There is no limit to how much money you can make in your spare time. Most product prices range from $30,000 for a 1-minute 3D animated video to around $150,000 for a Custom 3D Training Application. Your commission would be 6.5% of the final value of the approved proposal.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • A charismatic, energetic, innovative, flexible, self-motivated team player, passionate about driving business growth. Superior communication, intuitive, social, multitasking, interpersonal, problem-solving, and must have leadership skills.

  • Ability to cultivate new relationships, drive repeat business and create new opportunities.

  • Cold calling and emailing clients directly to ascertain their needs while providing great customer service. Using Social media, like Linkedin as a tool to connect with clients.

  • Leading the sales process, from lead generation through to the discovery call and presentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of entry-level sales experience showing successful sales. Experience with achieving measurable inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in the Hubspot CRM. Training will be provided.

  • Ability to probe for information, ask appropriate questions, and effectively handle objections.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, live presentation skills, and critical thinking skills.

  • Technical knowledge and proficiency with communication and productivity tools like Gmail, MS Office Suite, and Video Conferencing tools and the ability to understand and learn new applications quickly.

  • Experience directly in the Forensic, Legal, Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Medical device, or Universities a huge plus.
